Technology that keeps you moving forward.
AI systems that hold steady while everything around them moves.
Why We Do What We Do, and Why Now
Elements Tech Solutions designs and builds AI systems for working organizations: custom models trained on your own data, agents that carry real responsibility, and automations that take repetitive work off your team for good. We do it from the inside. Every system starts with how the work is actually done, because the people who run the operation are the ones who have to trust it.
We are in a moment where almost anyone can generate something that looks like software. Very little of it survives contact with a real business. Our job is the part after the demo: the system that runs on a Tuesday in July, holds up when the data is messy, and hands your people back their time. We build small, we build carefully, and we build things you own outright.
The Team
Nicole designs the AI systems Elements Tech Solutions builds, and works hands-on in every layer of them: prompting, model selection, evaluation, and system architecture. She came to AI from operations, running food and beverage for venues nationwide, which is why every system she scopes is judged on one thing: what it delivers in a working business.
She is the founder of SOPros, an AI forecasting and execution platform that predicts sales and turns those predictions into order guides, prep lists, and staffing calls. Michelin trained, with a background at Disney.
